8.23.09.Gabriel Akagawa prepared the gallery owner's- Paul Hopkin's current-to-date favorite food for the art exhibition. Five pounds of baby octopus in a Greek-style marinade were served (for free) to show attendees, Paul's friends, and neighbors.
The baby octopus was purchased from Hopkin's favorite local store. Akagawa experimented with marinades for a week before the show.
